Allowed Pets
Up to 2 dogs , 2 service animals , 2 cats allowed.
Pet Types
We’re pleased to welcome cats and dogs of all sizes to our community*. Each home may have up to two pets, with certain breed restrictions that apply.
Fees
A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.
Breed Restrictions
The following breeds, and mixes of these breeds, are not permitted: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Mastiff, Kugsha, and farm animals.
Requirements
Pets must have a current rabies vaccination in accordance with Maryland law.
Each pet must also be registered through Pet Screening, our third-party verification platform. A $30 per pet, per year fee applies.
*While HOHM Highlandtown is a pet friendly building, pets are not permitted in our designated co-living units.
